Lys Cabral was born in 2001 in Barcelona, Spain, and practiced rhythmic gymnastics for many years but only started dancing at the age of 18. She completed professional training at the IAB (Institute of the Arts Barcelona), graduating in 2023. There, she worked with various choreographers such as Guy Nader & Maria Campos, Jason Mabana, Lisard Tranis & Clémentine Télesfort, Léa Tirabasso, and performed repertoire from Gran Bolero by Jesús Rubio Gamo.
