Fr 6. June 2025 | Premiere
Duration
ca. 60 Minutes
Venue

Bremen, Deutschland

Experience Bremen on a Sensory ‘Tour’ – That’s exactly what up to 30 spectators can do during the new city tour “Bremen Dances”, which fuses dance performance and city walk into a single event.

What makes it truly unique are the powerful dance performances by seven dancers of the Bremen-based company Of Curious Nature, presented at specially selected locations. The art connects with the city and enlivens urban space in a one-of-a-kind way.

The route includes places that even many locals may not have visited before: among them the rooftop terrace of the ecos work spaces, the Bremen Cotton Exchange, and the new University Forum at Domshof. The dancers from Of Curious Nature create poetic images that merge body and cityscape, giving rise to visions of a city center of the future.

In this special atmosphere, artistic perspectives are created, offering fresh viewpoints and lasting impressions of the city.

This impressive, dance-infused city tour is suited for both visitors to Bremen and longtime locals. It offers an extraordinary way to explore the city and creates a space for experience. It also draws attention to the transformation of a city center that now puts people and their social connections in a whole new light. After all, Bremen fascinates with urban diversity, lived tolerance, and vibrant culture.
